Like the others said. Our uncooperative bodies are very sensitive to even minor med changes. Often if you manage to ride it out ..the body will adjust. Maybe you could try a reduced dose every other day. I’ve done that and it helped. Or perhaps try a smaller reduction like going down to 17.5 instead of 15. If your Meds are not in capsule form or sustained release this is doable. My pill cutter is a workhouse in my med regimen.
