I was happy to read this. As to this comment, "...even if she wasn’t technically “professional” in her actions," I don't believe she was. Just because jerko says she was unprofessional does not make it so. If he can't deal with a discussion where another professional disagrees with him (I suspect it's because he's an M.D., aka god) he then feels disrespected. You've got a very good therapist on your side.

If I was in your shoes, I would keep up the fight to be reinstated because it :might" haunt you 20 plus years from now if you walk away. I would also look for another school to start fresh. My opinion only.
