I have had at least one person tell me I was "unprofessional" when I called her out for her jerkish (and unprofessional) behavior. So sometimes people just use that word as a code for saying they don't want to acknowledge their own ****** professionalism.

I think it was great that your T was able to do something practical to assist you. I agree with AB that you should continue fighting but unless it is not possible, I think you'd benefit from going to a school where you don't have to deal with these jerks who think you don't have any potential.
