There is no incentive for an entity to stop garnishing your wages unless you can offer them a higher monthly (guaranteed) fee than they're getting from you now. There are ways a court can get you out of a garnishment arrangement if you can show that you can't pay necessary living expenses without that money, including food, rent and clothing. The whole matter should already have come to court. Your best bet here is to use a non-profit money management firm, as others have suggested, and don't expect anything to happen quickly. It took us 7 whole years to clear our credit--without even a bankruptcy a default or a foreclosure.
