Hi. Good of you to reach out.
I my experience a guidance counsellor is a very good source of help. While their training and personal resources can be limited they should be able to guide and direct you to those that do have the time and resources to aid you. Most school boards have psychologists or psychologists on retainer. A guidance counsellor should be able to bring your parents into the discussion, acting as an advocate for yourself and liasing between you and them as necessary. The guidance counsellors that I have encountered can help set up appointments for yourself.
I want you to realise that you are well of the age that you are in control of your own medical choices. You need not have anyone's permission to get some help.
I didn't catch if you were high school or college. I am unsure about your area but here your student fees pay for and include a healthcare plan. Look into this.
I hope this might help.
