Relapses happen. One way to look at it is that you have only cut once in four years. That way you can keep on counting, until it's five years, etc. You made it four years! One slip doesn't negate that. You can still keep going. And what's more important is that in those four yours you must have learned some better coping strategies too. Anything you have learned, you still have. You just slipped on night. You're still everything you were before that happened.
