Take time for yourself, when you have free time.
Maybe you cannot do anything about the job right way, but I bet there are other stressors in your life that you do have the power to manage.
Ask yourself what are other sources of stress or anxiety in your life. Maybe you're making yourself worry about work and the coworker because thinking about what you truly need to manage is too painful or seems to insurmountable.
