Possible trigger:

if it weren’t for the fact that I locked myself out, I’d be home hurting myself now for the 3rd time in 4 days. And that’s bad considering how well I did with it the past few months.

I know there’s not much you can do when i shut you out as completely as I did for the past 3 sessions.
Why can’t you have a magic wand and make everything better?
