True, I never refer to my T by name in session (though he does use my first name at times). I really only address him as "Dr. T" when writing e-mails (I assume I would on the phone as well, but I've never called him). When I'm talking about MC with him, I generally use "Dr. MC," but sometimes just use his first name. When I was talking about MC with ex-T, I pretty much always used his first name (after confirming with her that it was OK).
