just a quick note about bankruptcy, I am being discharged next week. It was the best thing I ever did. I have been living without the stress of money owing, loans to pay etc etc for the past 3 years, and I have been paying cash, or lay-by, for everything. The freedom that it has brought me is incredible. Ok, enough raving about it now. I know it is not for everyone but I was in a similar situation to you (thanks to my now-ex) and my life has turned for the better financially. So good luck with everything
