Fuzzy, I'm sorry that you feel anger, but I'm not sorry that the situation you describe makes you angry - it darn well, should! The potential of so many is seemingly squandered because it's not a sexy topic for news anchors & politicians.
FWIW, it's not just the UK - at least you have the venerable NHS. The USA is in many ways far worse (unless you happen to have lots of dough)...
