You know hon, there is nothing wrong with taking a step back and breathing. Walk away from what is upsetting your for a few moments (if that's possible) and regrouping. Doing some self talk in the postive can be very helpful to get you back on track.

Sometimes is just a matter of tweaking how we look at things.....and I am NOT suggesting that your feelings are not valid....because they are.
