Wow this is pretty rough. When I was bad and having to go up on lamictal slowly, my pdoc put me on a low dose of atypical antipsychotic and it helped a ton within days. Not to say I was perfect, but it took the edge off enough that I could function with a lot of effort, and I could sleep. Can you call and ask if there's a supplemental med you could take?
