I cannot recall an AP pooping out on me, but a couple come to mind that just never did much of anything. Those were Seroquel and Abilify. With Abilify, I didn't notice anything at all. It was odd. I took it for 2 months, then gave up on it.

Seroquel- I also didn't notice any benefit from it at the higher doses. I do take 50 mg. before bedtime to help me sleep. It used to really knock me out, but after just a couple of months the for-sleep Seroquel was only moderately helpful. I can't fall asleep without it, yet it isn't amazingly helpful in terms of allowing me to stay asleep for more than a few hours. Seemed I developed a tolerance to it rather quickly, but I'm not sure that's exactly poop-out.

What are your symptoms, as far as in indications that the Abilify isn't working as well?
