When I feel overwhelmed I
-go for a walk
-come to psychcentral and chat/read diff threads and post in them
-browse the net
-journalling
-music
-mssg/call my bf
What I dont like but force myself to do to keep going:
-exercise
-study
-go outside the house every day except on sundays
I want to do a bit of cleaning every day but havent been able to manage it yet
