Maybe you could simplify things by starting off by doing some things you HAVE to do each day. You don’t have to knock off your entire list in one day. Then reward yourself by doing things you enjoy doing.
Sometimes when I have things that need to get done but all I want to do is play computer games I use my phone timer. I play for 30 minutes and then do the chores for 30 minutes. Back and forth.
When I’m seriously stuck in vegetate in front of the TV mode. I make myself get up during the commercials and do stuff. It takes me 4 commercials to unload and load the dishwasher. 1 commercial to brush my teeth and comb my hair. 1 to get dressed. 2 or 3 to sort the Mail, etc.
When I’m really desperate I even use my Sims game as a way to get things done. I clean my office or the kitchen while my Sims are sleeping.
