Hello! I lost a little more weight recently for a total of 15 pounds. I'm happy with that. What's helping now is I really had to change what I ate. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. So I've cut out a lot of carbohydrates. And I make sure to have no sugar. My next goal is to drink more water. That will help me so much.
