Part of the problem is I work at a hotel and I do a lot of sitting on my butt! I gained 30 pounds going from housekeeping to front desk. I work at an airport property so we get maaany free snacks and handouts from the pilots and flight attendants, and what makes matters worse is a lot of the nearby restaurants that deliver offer free food to the front desk just for handing out their menus! I have so many temptations around me! It will be hard not accepting FREE food!
