I have, not much my doc can do for me. He recommend seeing Therapist, which he said was pretty expensive.

So I'm kinda stuck in a rut, even if a girl liked me, I'd likely avoid her for fear of rejection, embarrassment and more public humiliation.

And being alone is all I know, It's what I'm used too.
