Ask your therapist if she is trained in helping people in the Trans* community?
If she is not, ask her to please help you to get to a trained therapist.

You are going to have to be (respectfully) direct in order to make sure you are truly with a therapist able to help you.

Again, age is not something that disqualifies an open-minded therapist. Some of the best Trans* therapists are older; I mean ages 55-72 y.o. I have gotten into this with you in more detail on some of your other threads, so I will limit this part of the age discussion here.

What other kinds of help are you looking for here? I will try to help if I can do so.

There are increasingly frequent posts now by people who are questioning or are clearly identifying as Trans*. I think this is all very exciting and may lead to a more active/interactive Trans* forum here!
