What are your coping mechanisms for your ADHD? Sounds like you could use some good ones.

Personally, I like to put timers/alarms on my phone. If I'm using my phone to browse stuff, I put the timer/alarm on and then it annoys the crap out of me. Even if I'm on my laptop, that technique works for me. Stops me from browsing random sites.
