She's been doing that since she was little. She is now a grown woman. When alone, she talks to herself exactly as someone would when talking to someone in front of them. She locks herself in her room and have conversations. It can be pretty animated too. She laughs, gets angry (rarely) just like you would when talking to someone. Mostly smiling and laughing and talking though. I've seen her doing that when alone and she thinks no one is watching. When with people and with us, she is completely normal. She doesn't have many friends. She goes out in the weekends. Have no idea who she sees, whether it's one person or a bunch, but she sees real people/person so that's good, although it's only during the weekend. The other times she is mostly by herself.

I realize everyone talks to themselves but i don't exactly lock myself in a room just to talk with myself and i dont have animated conversations, using my hands, facial expressions as if having a conversation with someone in front of me. We used to joke when she was younger that she as imaginary friends.

And idea whats going on with her?
