Is there anything you can do to release the stress? Get some kind of help if you are overloaded with work or home issues? or treat yourself to a “me” day. I don’t know what is causing your stress, but I hope it doesn’t last too long.

I've been trying to get help now for over 10 years. Get back on meds, try ECT, whatever works, or can work. Just, so hard when I am depressed, and the people i've dealt with haven't taken the issue seriously for whatever reason. When it comes time for me to follow through, I have cycled and disappear for 3-6mths.
Really trying this time. I feel like I could lose. I don't like that. I want help and the lists are too long. Just tired I guess.
