no experience with it, personally. just try to keep the dosage low. interestingly enough...low to moderate doses of thorazine probably don't cause TD any more often than most 'atypicals.' lower potency tranquilizers aren't as bad as, say, high dose Haldol. on the downside...thorazine has a reputation for causing low mood and straight up depression. that's probably dosage related, too. for a long time, 600mgs was standard for everybody, and lots of people were on even more (as outpatients...), so...the dosage was probably part of what led to the bad reputation.
