Who said you had to? I never said to do that. All I am saying here is to be kind to her. She is suffering, hurting even. Wouldn't you want someone to be kind to you when you were at your lowest, or at a low point in general?
You can be kind and supportive, while not "enabling ruby's fantasyland". It's possible you know, contrary to what you may believe right now.

I know, right? Teenagers do the wildest things because they think they know how everything works. They just want to push their boundaries to see how far they can go and what they can get away with. It's all a part of being a teenager I suppose.
