Hey Ruby, I don't think you've got the take away quite right. While what this guy did was funny, it ultimately tarnished his reputation and also made him seem immature and difficult to work with.
Often things happen at work and in business that we aren't happy with, and lashing out at others, like storming into a meeting and mooning everyone, is not a healthy coping mechanism.
So your take away should be that it's best to learn to control your emotions at work. And if you need to talk about frustrations or if something angers you, to learn either 1) proper coping mechanisms or 2) use the proper channels to file an official complaint.

I have never been fired, only laid off due to restructuring...which, btw, is what happened to this guy in the article.
