I do the exact same. There's no food in the house of any interest whatsoever. Nothing sweet at all. Frozen diet meals in the freezer and zero sugar zero fat yoghurt in the fridge with the lite milk. Even my drink is in satchels so I can't add sugar or chocolate. If I'm craving, the worst I can do is eat a frozen diet meal, so no real harm done.
Yeah, its boring. But I guarantee, when I wake up in the morning, I'm really glad I had nothing to eat.
Once or twice a week I will have a low sugar treat. I've found I can still lose weight even with a little treat. The trick is to keep your body in weight loss mode, which takes several months to start.
