Thanks for the wonderful prayer-last night my friend suggested I give up non-dairy frozen desserts and I decided to give up cookies, sodas, etc. for Lent. I drink natural sodas but they're still VERY HIGH IN SUGAR!
I read nutrition labels for the fat content/sugar amts. This should help - I'll take on more exercise-walking -5x/week and resistance 2-3x/week-I take weekends off!
It's a rainy day today but my spirits are good. I don't think I'll make an AW service but that's OK-I'll say a prayer on my Anglican rosary.
