Like still crazy said. The biggest indicator for me is sleep. If I suddenly start waking up after only a few hours of sleep and have tons of energy and start zipping around the house starting projects....that’s a warning sign for me.
I’ve been feeling pretty good lately too. At first I also wondered if I was getting manic, but I’m sleeping fine for the usual number of hours. I decided to just roll with it and enjoy. Maybe you could too?
