Oh, there's sugar in just about everything these days.

Things that just don't need sugar!
I always chuckle inside when I think of all the people in the past that I've known who admittedly gave up their favorite "sin" as they called it, for Lent. heheheh
I gave up sodas last year. Popcorn at the movies is not the same now. It's like not having beer with pizza.
Do you have a limit of fat and sugar for yourself set? Having actual values to stay under each day will help. We all tend to take in more than we realize, imo.
