You know, I can never tell these days. Sometimes I wonder if I get manic while still getting a normal amount of sleep. Then again, I get hallucinations and delusions outside of manic episodes, so everything is kind of a blur for me.
If you really want to know the answer, you'll have to journal -- and be consistent about it. Journaling is the only way to know YOUR signs and symptoms since everyone experiences mania differently.
Why not start now? Whether you're actually manic or not, you'll have notes written down that you can reference later.
