I don’t really know what you should do actually. The only thing I can think of is to clarify for yourself what the most important thing that you want/need right now. Trying to buck the system and get a “label” without taking those tests is probably a futile endeavor.

If what you want/need is to be on disability then answer the test however you need to ..to achieve that goal.

Your intelligence and your feeling that you need to refuse to lie are kind of a moot point. The mental health care system is basically broken and will try to cram us all in little boxes. You don’t fit in a pre-made box. So you are kind if forced into a sitatuion where you need to do whatever you need to do to get help/disability coverage.
