Sleep is so important for my stability. Sometimes when I don’t sleep well, I get into this spiral of anxiety about it continuing. The next night I go to bed Lay in bed awake and afraid that I won’t sleep well. It turns into a vicious circle. I’d say try that over counter med, and do whatever you need to do to get back into a healthy sleep pattern.
