healing thoughts to your mother, WC~! omg, it's like a plot to keep her down.... that is very frustrating, and now that she's depending on you to get up and down for her,, you are in agony~~~   
{{{{ Jan~! }}}} i got a little ace bandage sock thing for my knee when i hurt it, it really did help, and it's totally soft, so no rubbing, etc.... you don't even need to ask the doc, if you can scrape of the necessary~~~ omg, i feel so bad for your bank account~!
