I'm somewhat tired inside, but wide awake...if that makes any sense. When the daylight hours come early, as they're starting to do, I always wake up with the birds. I have black-out shades in the bedroom, but my body always knows when the sun is coming up. By June I'll only be getting 3-4 hours sleep; it's about 4-5 now. This happens every year, like clockwork. Anyone else?
