I have to get a level as well. I have noticed when I take it at night around 300mg my racing thoughts increase and also mania a little bit like my head feels like its on fire, I have rapid speech.

I have told my doctor I think we need to lower the dose of lithium but he says my level is too low to do that. Not sure what to make of that.
