i have schitzoaffective/ schitzophrenia they don't know quite what i have so they diagnosed me with both and the meds help me. the docs have to diagnose because they need to know how and what to give you as for meds. that means they could misdiagnos a person with the wrong thing or they just don't know what the problem is really. That is what i've learned.
