I'm not sure what it is to be honest. I'm more lenient on the scheduling emails if I'm to be honest. However, when I've spilt my guts and made myself extremely vulnerable blah blah fish paste and all you can conjure up is "Regards" that f****** irks me. Maybe generational or maybe just lack of wanting to try step out of iron clad boundaries for I don't know fear of what? Yeah clearly this grates my nerves. Maybe more than is warranted
