Yes, it will be interesting to see how your T responds to this I thought your assertive statement was perfect! I need to do this more often. I just hate it when I am assertive, like when I asked my T if I could go to twice a week, and he answers, "no". It kind of cuts you off at the knees, you know?

That sucks, doesn't it? Maybe you could add "DO NOT READ THIS TO ME IN SESSION" to your emails. IDK. Maybe she would read that too, LOL. Good luck!
