I interviewed with a school for a Reading Teacher position and got the offer today. The salary is low for me (I'll have my master's in May), but I've also worked at this place as a teacher's assistant for over a year and a half. At the moment, I'm in round 2 of interviews with another school I will know if I have an in-person interview by mid-week. The problem is I need to let the first job know by May 2nd whether I accept or not. And I’m stuck because the 2nd school hasn’t offered me a position yet, but could potentially pay more than what the 1st school offers. Do I cut my losses with the 2nd school? What should I do?
