I had 2084 calories in food. This basically meets my target of 2090. Tomorrow, I will walk four miles for my exersize. During normal daily activities, I have walked 1561 steps. My Garmin app tells me I burned 184 calories when it should be around 75 and probably less. Apparently there is high quality programming here. LOL

Update:

This is a news alert. I just found out that MFP now tells me my dialy avtivities burned 85 calories which is much in line with the steps taken. It goes by calculating how active you were using this steps taken and your selection of activity level set up with MFP. I am talking about selections similar to a “sedentary life style”, and other selections. This only happens when MFP is linked to the associated activity app, and you have checked something similar to “use count of steps” in MFP. So my new target is 2175. However, I think I am going to ignore this for the time being. My original target of 2090 calories should include some walking. This is definitely a nice feature indeed!

PS I think my Garmin activity app is double counting calories that are burned from doing my daily activities.
