Before I was medicated, I had terrible anger. I would throw things, punch things, kick thinks, tear things (if it was paper or cardboard), and smash things. It helped alleviate some of my anger, although I was smashing laptops and kicking dents in fridge doors. However, if I had a heavy weight bag, I think punching and kicking that would've helped loads. But if I needed to tear something, I should have tore up my junk mail instead of my homework lol
But yeah, let it out! Don't hold it in! Just find healthy ways to let things out if you're going to be violent (cos I was always a violent one lol). Hell, kick a brick wall or concrete bench or whatever. Or slam your fist on a table. Just don't scare the hell out of your SO if you have one. lol.
