I have found that the best way for me to lose weight is with Weight Watchers. You can eat what you want, but you need to be smart about it. Every food has a point value, and you add the points daily. Your daily point allowance is based on your weight-to-height ratio. The key is portioning. If you are going to have something "bad", make it a small portion and keep within your points. Check out

My daughter tried a program sponsored by Dr. Phil, but she found it too rigid.
