I weigh 176. This is seven days in a row. However, I am exersizing every other day. This means I eat much beyond my original target of 2090 due to my exersize on those days. This can be as much as 500 calories more. Since I am eating these extra calories every other day, I am thinking that I may not know how the extra calories are effecting my weight until one more week goes by. What do you think? I know in time I will be exersizing almost every day, which means I will be eating the elevated calorie count every day too.
I also wonder that since I am exersizing three times a week, if I should specify that I am lightly active instead of sedentary? I do nothing else except exersiize. I have no daily activity worth specifying. I am thinking that since my watch does calculate the calories burned for all my exersizing, this will more accurately offset the value I get from specifying a sedentary lifestyle. Now if I was active through the day, like normal people are, such as running errands and working, then maybe I would no longer specify this but something else like lightly active. I think the reason that some online calculators have you select an activity level that includes exersize, is to give you a calories estimate including the exersize. But my watch is doing this for me. Does this make sense?
