I have never thought of making a list to help me remember...my brain has decided to take a permanent vacation...as far as the answer to home remedies for pain
ice(frozen peas) packs on head, neck, shoulders for headache, earache, swollen allergy eyes.
heat pad for cramps in tummy and pms
no bare feet
laying or reclining and putting feet up for throbbing burning in legs
lotion of rubbing/massaging 'tight' spots
routine...doing something that will make me feel i accomplished something...small steps, like going n emptying dishwasher, reasting, going back, filling it, going back and cleaning sink...feels good...
petting my cat when i am nauseous
soemtimes i talk and babble and act funny because I am trying to stay busy, thoughtless, blank and not feel the pain...so there is a lot of outside noise; i keep tv on in living and bed rooms so i can listen to others problems...
anyway...i don't do much besides complain...hugs-melanie
