Oh! I am so sorry you are going through this!
Does going to the dentist trigger you?
This sounds like some of what I go through when my PTSD is triggered by the dentist. I feel dissociated and dazed. I watch myself go through the motions at the dentist. A part of me has escaped the situation at hand. It's the only way I can stay in the chair!
And feeling "frozen"' can be a response to trauma/PTSD, as well.
I guess I should ask my dentist for laughing gas. I heard a woman laughing and laughing, non-stop, at my last appointment. I was not laughing! I have to go back in 2 days.

Nobody understands how terrible it is for me at the dentist's office. Horrible.

But I put on a happy face.
Wellbutrin? For this type of an experience/reaction? Interesting.
(I usually need some calming down, some decrease in heightened sensory symptoms, etc.)
I hope you feel better soon.
