I love these topics!
I have had therapists who have allowed me to express my little side. Unfortunately those same therapists ended up hurting me in the end and so any progress made with my little parts was ruined. I brought my snuggly teddy bears, wore a diaper under pajamas and wrapped up in a blankie. My therapist said it was okay. I wish she didn't wind up retraumatizing me and being unethical because I think she could have healed me considerably.
I want that experience so bad; to be little and be safe with someone. If only I could find that...
