Watch says 15837 steps for 730 calories. I only used MMW for 9500 steps, but it was 5 miles at over 4 mph and it logged 640 calories. Seems kind of high for 75 minutes, but with the additional 6000 or so unlogged steps, I think maybe it's not far off. It was the route with the 216' elevation gain.
2321 calories. Always seems like too much.
I will weigh in the morning. Hopefully it will be another boring one.
