I'm worried about my husband, he's been down lately. Ive told him that he should consider talking to someone. Iv'e tried to talk to him about what's bothering him but he feels embarrassed. Which is odd because he knows that I of all people should understand him, not only as his wife but as a person suffering from depression. I wonder, can a person be depressed for a time but not be considered clinically depressed? I feel that yes that can be the case. It's scary to watch the one you love struggle. Especially when you know just how dangerous depression can be. What should I do?
