I now weigh 174. All three scales gave me this value. I did postpone the soup that I was scheduled to eat yeasterday. I simply could not eat anymore. I am going to have to find higher calorie foods. However, I do not think not eating all my calories yesterday caused this. I ended up only 130 calories short. I will add the soup onto my meal plan for today.

If this weight holds for the next couple days, I am going to have to adjust my calories consumed every day. I frequently have total calories consumed to be about one hundred, and on some days more, short of my daily goal. I will need to eat at or a bit more than my calorie goal from now on.

I also can make adjustments to MFP. I can do this by adjusting the activity level, which will give me a new quota of about 2300 a day. This value would be aside from exersize. Another way is to adjust my weight on MFP. Yet another way is to take advantage of how my watch calculates total calories burned. The wrist monitor takes my original calories used to maintain weight, that of 2090, and adds on to that all calories burned from both daily activity and exersize. I did that yesterday, except I used the smaller value calculated by MFP. However, my watch calculates this value for normal daily activity to be noticeably higher. I would have to add this on as a manual adjustnent to MFP.
